I worked with Michael on starting up a new account. The process was so smooth and flawless. Walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and replied in a timely manner to all my emails. Extremely satisfied!

Michael has made onboarding with ODF genuinely easy. Clear on pricing, fast on responses, and honest about what the platform can and can't do. For a founder building a brand from scratch, that kind of reliability is rare. Five stars.

Working with On Demand Fulfillment has been a genuinely grounding and high-level experience. When you're building a brand, you want a partner with integrity, and this team operates with a profound level of care and awareness. One of the things I appreciate most is their responsiveness. Even when they are extremely busy and backed up, they never leave you high and dry. They make a conscious effort to follow up and ensure you are taken care of. You can feel that they actually value your time and vision. The workflow is completely seamless. From the onboarding team to the proofing team, everybody knows their role and executes it to the very best of their ability. The customer service is phenomenal, but beyond the business side, they are just great, genuine human beings. A massive and special thank you to Michael (Account Management/Onboarding), Nevada (Onboarding), and Herbis (Proofing). You all came through, put in the work, and made this possible. If you are starting a supplement and fulfillment brand and want a team that truly has your back, I highly recommend them.

On behalf of the EssentiaLife Nutrition team, I want to publicly recognize the outstanding work by ODF. 🙌 From first contact to day-to-day operations, we were supported by an entire team that’s committed and highly competent — Receiving, Inventory, Pick & Pack, Shipping, and Customer Support — all working with clarity, precision, and genuine respect for our product. A special thank-you to MadIson, Nevada, and Cindy, who were tireless during onboarding and kept communication transparent at every step. You truly raised the bar. 👏 And huge thanks to Ken Strawn for the labels and excellent design — your work elevated how our brand presents itself. The result? Frictionless onboarding, well-documented processes, smooth integrations, and total confidence that every order will go out accurately, beautifully packed, and on time. Thank you, ODF — and thank you to the entire team who made it happen. — The EssentiaLife Nutrition team #fulfillment #ecommerce #logistics #operations #partnership #design
